About public speaking

The most competitive business companies have taken for granted that being able to inspire people is essential in today’s societies. What’s more, creating adherence for a project requires a perfect expertise in storytelling & in the art of orality.   Brightness agency truly believes in such credo: One is not born orator, one become orator. Anyone can become a great orator. Everything is about training, designing and sharing a powerful message and following our methodology, approved by most of our speakers. It is the job of Brightness to assist you to deliver an impacting TED-style talk.

Bloc Accordeon Elements:

02 — Individual coaching

03 — Executive coaching

Your talk is prepared to position yourself as a strong leader.

We provide a tailor-made training through individual sessions during which we cover all aspects of TED-like public speaking. We adapt our methodology to your strategic goals (defining the key message, structuring the talk, selecting the useful data, using storytelling, mastering your voice and gesture...).

An collective training gathering different companies is schedules in December 2016. Information and booking: contact@brightness.fr

(the training can be adapted to a half-day format - within a company only)

Understand the world’s transformation and become an actor of such process

Confronted to the dynamic of perpetual innovation & to the quick obsolescence of systems, business companies have incorporated the idea that they cannot fall anymore in the trap of immobility. As a consequence, such companies are likely to breath new life in their structure and to build a new culture of entrepreneurship. To be transformed and revamped, such companies can count on key elements & actors inside their own structures, constantly animated by the spirit of innovation. Such process relies on the training & coaching of executive teams by experts, aware of the stakes related to the world transformation.

    01 — Kick-start (1/2 day)

    2 conferences - 1 workshop

Conference 1: A new vision of the world
This conference is dedicated to giving a portrayal of the massive world transformation: what are the big mistakes in history? Are there laws ruling the changes in our socitey (Moore's law, exponential law...)? Is science-fiction a source of inspiration?

Conference 2: Overview of the future
This conference offers an overwiew of the major technologial breakthroughs: mobile, social networks, big data, IoT, connectivity, computation, neurosciences, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, robotics, 3D printing, biotechnologies, nanotechnologies, blockchain...An overview that enables to later study the concrete applications of these breakthroughs in different fields: politics, education, economy, energy, healthcare, security, transportation or culture.

Workshop: To what extent can my job change the world?
This workshop aims at raising awareness among participants regarding their impact on society. The goal? Invite each person to position him/herself as a change maker.

    02 — Sprint (1 day)

    4 conferences - 2 workshops

Conference 1: A new vision of the world
This conference is dedicated to giving a portrayal of the massive world transformation: what are the big mistakes in history? Are there laws ruling the changes in our socitey (Moore's law, exponential law...)? Is science-fiction a source of inspiration?

Conference 3: From ideas to action
This conference is resolutely practical as it is dedicated to understanding the business models of companies in the era of abundance: what is a relevant business model for a start-up? What is an exponential organization? What does the "lean start-up" method consist in? What are the new forms of innovation (linear innovation vs. radical, frugal...)?

    Conference 4: Dystopia / Utopia
This conference compares two opposite visions of our society. On one side, we have dystopia: a dehumanized society where relationships are dominated by technology. On the other hand, we have utopia: an ideal society that gathers all conditions to happiness. What is the story we want to write? It is for us to choose.

Workshop 1: To what extent can my job change the world?
This workshop aims at raising awareness among participants regarding their impact on society. The goal? Invite each person to position him/herself as a change maker.

Workshop 2: The map of the future
The purpose of this workshop is to enable participants to outline the map of what they consider as the next (technological, scientific, medical...) breakthroughs. This map is a powerful tool to make the psychological barriers fall and picture the future.

"I believe it is time we create a new series of big conferences on NBIC. Based on the model of COP conferences for climate change, they would gather researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, philosophers and citizens. The objective: discuss the biggest challenge humanity has ever had to face since its creation."
